If an Agent doesn’t build a trust relationship with a Vendors market place “the buyers’’, really the property is just thrown to the open market, instead I guide clients through the process from beginnin g to end extracting as much information as I can about where they cap out financially, what are the emotional-feel good factors they are looking for in their next home and the benefits a property can offer them.
Away from work, I love spending time with family and friends, breakfast at Barry’s, coffee at Tin pot cafe, shopping at Piedimonte's, dinner anywhere along High Street or Lygon Street, sports and adrenalin activities, such as sky diving, bungee jumping, and international travel which I have done extensively.
